Questions we get asked

Do you charge per candidate or per CV parsed?

No. The database is unlimited on every plan and CV parsing is included. Pricing only moves when you add recruiters, because that is what actually scales our cost.

Can we migrate from our current ATS?

Yes. Send us an export from Zoho Recruit, Ceipal, JobDiva or a spreadsheet and we map the fields with you on a call. Migration is included on Growth and Scale.

Is our candidate data stored in India?

Yes. All data sits in the ap-south-1 region in Mumbai. Scale customers can request a dedicated instance.

What happens after the 14-day trial?

The account moves to read-only rather than being deleted. Your data waits for 90 days, so nothing is lost if a decision takes a while.

Do you charge for client or hiring-manager logins?

No. Client portal users are free and unlimited on Growth and Scale.
